Entering numbers in the transactions column
Problem:
When I drill down (double-click) on the Transactions column in the Working Trial Balance and try to enter numbers, it doesn't allow me to. How do I enter numbers into the Transactions column?
Solution:
Transactions can be entered either through the Other Entries screen or through the Working Trial Balance's Transactions column. To enter transactions through the Working Trial Balance, go to the File menu, select Client Profile, and click the Period Balances tab. From here, click the radio box beside the property "Allow entry of period balances in Working Trial Balance (Other Entries will be disabled)".
