Creating Annotations for Adjusting Journal Entries

The annotation column can be displayed in the Adjusting Journal Entries screen. This allows References, Tickmarks and Notes to be applied to each line of the adjusting entry. The references are hyperlinks and the hyperlinks are maintained on the Automatic Documents that list the Adjusting Journal Entries.

With the cursor in the Number Total Amount (Debit and Creit Columns if displaying both) select View | reorder Columns and move the Annotation column from the Hidden Columns side to the Active Columns.
