Converting Currency

Convert all currency amounts in all databases by a chosen rate. All currency amounts will be converted using the specified rate. Thus, if you need to revert to the rate, you will need a back up file.

1. Back up your file before proceeding.
2. From the File menu select Convert Currency
3. Enter a conversion rate to be applied to all currency amounts in the file
4. Enter a rate by which to convert all the currency amounts in all the databases.
5. Click OK.
