CaseView not responding when installed on Vista
Problem:
Working Papers newly installed on a new laptop with a Vista operating system (OS). When attempting to open a CaseView document, a message indicating CaseView is not responding is usually returned.
Solution:
Verify the properties associated with CVWin32.exe. The following should be unchecked:
Running under compatibility mode for XP
Disable visual themes and disable desktop composition
Run as an administrator
