Contact Synchronization

Today synchronizes contacts with Time's contacts, allowing contacts to be assigned to many clients and groups.

Flexible File Protection

With Time's file protection, you can be sure that only staff with appropriate rights can carry out synchronizations.

Advanced Synchronizaton

When synchronizing from Today to Time, you have the option to synchronize only those client records that have been altered since the last synchronization.

You can also choose either direction for synchronization, from Time to Today OR from Today to Time.

Customizable Interface

The digital dashboard is intuitive to use and highly cutomizable. You can decide what information to display by selecting from a list of components or rearrange information by just click and drag.

Today Home Page

The Today home page gives you a quick overview of the contents entered in Outlook and their status. The home page is your starting point. Get a quick view of your calendar, tasks, upcoming events and company news.

Project Workspace

The project workspace stores the projects of your practice. You can assign staff and contacts to the project. You can track the project’s status, start, due and completion dates and budgeted hours and amounts.

Schedule Folder

The Schedule folder displays meetings and other events that are important to your team. Use it to plan activities at the group level such as meetings, phone calls, trips and WebEx events.

Tasks Folder

The team task folder allows you to post “to-do” items at the group level and read items posted by others. This will help you organize work needed on clients, staff and contacts.

Team Organization

Today helps organize your team with the Meeting Room, File Room, Knowledge Center and Training Center. These areas of Today allow you to post documents, messages and reference material relevant to your industry and firm.
