Audimation Services, Inc. Announces Bethmara Kessler as Recipient of 2009 IDEA® User of Excellence Award

HOUSTON – May 7, 2009 – Audimation Services, Inc. has selected Bethmara Kessler, managing director with The Fraud and Risk Advisory Group as the recipient of the 2009 IDEA User of Excellence Award.

Kessler, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), received the award for her continuous improvement and expansion of IDEA usage throughout her career. She was also among the first to develop an executive reporting system using IDEA to normalize data from multiple platforms and applications. The award, which will be presented to Kessler during an upcoming IDEA User Group meeting of her choice, is designed to recognize IDEA users for their creativity and resourcefulness in using the product to deliver better results that ultimately affect their organization’s bottom line.

Prior to serving as managing director of The Fraud and Risk Advisory Group in Melbourne, FL, Kessler was a senior vice president Enterprise Business Risk Management at Limited Brands, Inc. In this role, she led various teams responsible for effectively managing business risks across the enterprise. Those groups included: Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Solutions Development and Brand Protection.  Kessler was also responsible for leading corporate investigations alleging fraud and misconduct across the business.

Kessler has held leadership roles in internal audit and information systems at several high-profile companies including RJR Nabisco, Inc., Avon Products, Inc., EMI Group, PLC, and Ernst & Young. She is recognized in her industry as a thought leader, and is regularly asked to speak at conferences on a variety of topics including fraud, internal audit strategies, risk management, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Kessler earned a BBA in accounting from Baruch College in New York.
