Position Title: Customer Support Representative (ID: TS0480)
Location: Toronto, Ontario
You are responsible for:
Providing high-quality customer support for our financial accounting and practice management applications and templates. You will take ownership of a customer issue throughout its life cycle until a timely resolution is provided. Duties also include minor testing of software, providing feedback and performing other related projects as they arise.
You possess:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment towards customer service.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- An Accounting background or related experience.
- Good knowledge of various operating systems and platforms.
- Detail-oriented, a self-starter and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Some knowledge of computer hardware.
- Solid word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Previous software support experience an asset.
Salary
Commensurate with experience.
